A brief warm up followed by approximately 15 minutes of abdominals. Then 20 minutes of cardio which is based on squats with upper body exercises. This is followed by 15minutes of and/or both free weight exercises and body resistance movements and then a cool down.
Minimum Age 14 years Accompanied by an adult – Max Class Size 20
